Promoting HD Radio Technology on Your Site
The internet is a very powerful tool and your most loyal and active listeners are coming to your website regularly. Use this tool to educate them about the future of your industry!
Promoting HD Radio technology on your website is important!
Most importantly: Explain what HD Radio technology is all about. Speak in BENEFITS, not features. The listeners wants to know what's in it for them.
In most cases, you're offering them new, unique, compelling content that they can't get without an HD Radio receiver. Tell them about it!
Tell them about the clear signal, the song information on the screen, and the new channels they can hear. Then, offer them a quick way to buy a radio.
Even better, get paid if they buy through your website!
It's important that you tell your listeners that you are broadcasting with HD Radio technology and offering additional options on your HD2 and HD3 Multicast channels. When doing so, it's also important that you can feel confident speaking about the technology correctly. Keeping the messaging consistent is important for making sure that your listeners truly get it.
It's also important to us that you help us protect the brand name associated with digital radio.
